MEETING

We have a free initial meeting. We find out what your goals, needs, and challenges are. We then find out what kinds of resources you have available (manpower, special skills, budget, etc.). This “interview” session will help us to get a clear understanding of where you are as a company.

From there we go on to step two, the Action Plan.

ACTION PLAN

After a thorough analysis of your situation, PACS will devise a plan to help you to reach your goals. The areas we cover could be anywhere from payroll to accounting to marketing and so forth… the list is endless.

We will develop a step by step strategy that will help your company reach its objectives with the resources you have available.

IMPLEMENTATION

You now have a blueprint and guide to help you move your company forward. It’s time to put your action plan into action. The strategy we develop first looks at ways you can take care of the needed steps yourself. But at times, there may be actions that lie beyond the scope of your skills. For these areas, PACS may provide assistance directly or connect you with the other specialist companies within our affiliate network.

FOLLOW-UP AND MONITORING

The plan has been implemented. From here PACS will follow up to see what kinds of results you are getting. Depending on results, there may be nothing else that needs to be done or, perhaps, other steps may be required. PACS will continue to be there to make sure you receive the guidance and support needed to help you reach your goals.
